My concentration is portraits, but I want to show that portraits don’t have to apply to only people, for they can consist of inanimate objects as well as living subjects. I will have people as my subjects, but I also want to have inanimate objects and animals as my subjects. My goal for inanimate subjects is to give them life through motion, color, etc. My main medium is acrylic paint but I want to explore in mediums such as collage, scratchboard, and possibly digital artwork so I can incorporate my photography.
